Begin by disabling the air bag system and disconnecting the negative battery cable. Next, remove the lower panel of the dashboard, followed by the knee bolster and steering column covers. Unplug the connectors from the under dash fuse block and take off the upper and lower covers of the steering column. Position the ignition switch to the "O" position, then remove the two screws securing the switch to the mount and pull the ignition switch away from the mount. The installation process follows the reverse order of removal.
