How do you remove and install the brake light switch on Honda Prelude?

It is withdrawable by disconnecting the electrical connector therefore, rotating the locknut counter clockwise and unscrewing the brake light switch. The switch must be threaded into its mounting bracket so that the thread section touches the pad at the brake pedal, with the switch plunger being concealed and compressed. Rotate the switch 1/4 turn counterclockwise to have 0,01 in (0,3mm) space between the threaded part and the pedal pad and connect the electrical connector and the negative battery terminal.
