How do you replace an air filter in the Honda Prelude?

Unfasten the air filter cover retaining screws, then remove the filter cover by lifting it off. Pull the air filter cover and intake out of the way. Lift the air filter out of the housing and replace if necessary. Anytime you replace the air filter, make sure to wipe out the air cleaner housing assembly. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Loosen the air cleaner cover screws/retaining clips. Move the air cleaner cover out of the way. Lift out the air filter. Wipe out the air box. To install, place a new air filter into the air box making sure it is fully seated. Install the air box cover and tighten the retaining screws or secure the clips. Connect the negative battery cable.
