How do you install and remove the exhaust manifold on 3.1L V6 engine on Honda Passport?

Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal then Jack up the front end of the car and do away with car stands. Jam on the parking brake and turn the rear wheels to lock the car from rolling. Loosen and take off the nuts which hold the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold and then take off the pipe from the manifold, it is advisable to lubricate the nuts with penetrating oil to ease their removal. Removal is the converse of installation and before re-fitting the cylinder head and manifold, they should be clean and after tightening, the bolts should be to the recommended torque.
