Removal is the converse of installation and before re-fitting the cylinder head and manifold, they should be clean and after tightening, the bolts should be to the recommended torque.

Tighten the mounting bolts and nuts in three or four steps to the specified torque, working from the center out toward the ends to prevent distortion of the manifold.
