Remove the negative battery cable, then any other covers for the steering wheel or the steering column, if required to get to the switch. Pry the electrical connector loose, insert the ignition key, and then turn it to the 'O' position. The two screws must be unscrewed for you to be able to dismantle the base of the switch. To install the new switch just insert it to the required location and then fasten it by the two screws provided. Replace the electric connectors, put in the column cover and bottom dashboard parts, and, last of all, connect the negative terminal of the battery. Ensure that the switch is functioning clockwise and anticlockwise.
