- Q: Where is the PCV valve located and how do you remove and install it on the Honda Fit?A: In 2008 and earlier models, the PCV valve was located just below the left (no.4) intake manifold runner. In 2009 and later models it is found below the two center intake manifold runners. If you are working on a model 2009 or later, remove the engine wiring harness holder bolts and move the harness out of your way. Also, the hose should be disconnected first, then unscrew the PCV valve from its position. It is not recommended to reuse this sealing washer, so throw it away and install a new one. You can install this system exactly as it was removed with a new sealing washer.
