  • Q: How Do I Replace a Brake Disc on Honda Fit?
    A: Loosen the wheel lug nuts, raise the vehicle and support it securely. Remove the wheel and install the lug nuts. Remove the Brake Caliper and suspend it out of the way. Visually inspect the disc surface. Check disc runout with a dial indicator. Remove the caliper mounting bracket bolts and detach the bracket. Remove the disc from the hub. Place the disc in position and install the caliper mounting bracket. Install the caliper and wheel, then lower the vehicle. Tighten the lug nuts and depress the brake pedal. Bleed the brakes if necessary. Check the brakes before driving.
