How do you replace the input and output speed sensors on Honda Fit?

For 2007 and 2008 models, the input and output speed sensors are located on the top rear of the transaxle, applicable only to automatic transaxle applications, with the input shaft speed sensor being the outboard sensor and the output shaft speed sensor the innermost. Manual transaxle models utilize a single Vehicle Speed Sensor located at the rear of the transaxle. To replace the input shaft speed sensor on automatic transaxles, first disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the air filter housing, and take out the battery along with its tray and base. Unbolt the transmission fluid filter bracket and position the filter aside without disconnecting the hoses, then disconnect the electrical connector from the speed sensor, unscrew the mounting bolt, and remove the sensor.
