During the installation, use another new O-ring seal in order to fix the water pump on the block tightening the mounting bolts to 9 ft. lbs. (12 Nm). Last but not the least replace the timing belt and the timing belt cover, replace the accessory drive belts, connect the negative terminal of the battery, refill the cooling system and bleed.
