Honda Crosstour Steering Knuckle

The steering Steering Steering Knuckle in Honda Crosstour vehicles is the component that brings out the link between the suspension and the steering systems to enable the movement of the front wheels. At which it offers mountings for the control arms, and tie rods and the wheel hub or spindle, so as it could provide the vertical and horizontal wheel travel relative to road inputs and the turning relative to the front axle. Crosstour steering knuckles can be classified as per their drive type, FWD or AWD. Specifically, in FWD/AWD applications the knuckle includes a hub that links to drive axle and in RWD designs may include an integral spindle. Variations are incorporated in the design to improve on the performance and stability of the knuckle where the role of the knuckle is to contain the wheel and prevent it from swerving during use. The knuckle must be inspected often since it may wear out after a few suspension component replacements are made.
