Q: Where is the PCV valve located and how to replace on the Honda CR-V?
A: The 1.8L engines of Civic have the PCV valve on the right side of the engine, at the firewall's end above it. In the CR-V and Civic 2.4L engines, the PCV valve is placed near the alternator on top of the engine block. You should detach crankcase ventilation pipe from PCV valve and unscrew it as well as remove it. As for installation steps, they are completely opposite to removal steps. Consequently, users have to tighten the PCV valve accordingly.
