Q: How is the radiator grille secured and how can it be removed and reinstalled on Honda Passport?
A: Radiator grille has been fixed with screws in addition to clips and therefore has to be detached by unscrewing and getting rid of the grille retaining screws as well as the small screwdrivers required to unlock the grille clips. After all clips are disconnected the grille can be pulled out and removed as shown on the picture below. The grille retaining clips should then be removed from the radiator support, and should be realigned and replaced back on the grille. On the aspect of installation, the grille should be placed at the proper position by applying pressure to allow the clip to fit properly at the radiator support before fixing the retaining screws.
