How to replace a Distributor in a Honda Passport?

Detach the cable from the battery, disconnect the distributor connector, and note "1" on the cap. Remove the cap, rotate the engine with the socket and breaker bar, and mark the distributor base. Remove the hold-down bolt and clamp and pull out the distributor. Insert in the same relationship, turn the rotor slightly, and seat the distributor. Install cap and screws, plug-in connector, and reattach wires. Connect the cable to the battery, check and adjust the timing, and tighten the bolt.
