Q: How to check and replace spark plugs for the Honda Odyssey?
A: Inside every cylinder head's center are spark plugs. To replace them, you need a spark plug socket, extensions, a feeler gauge, and a torque wrench. Once the engine is cool, buy the right new spark plugs, gap them accordingly and exchange them one by one. A new plug inspection should be done to check for defects and gap measurements. Take the intake manifold cover off and remove the ignition coil cover as well as the ignition coils. Clean the area around the spark plugs, take out old ones, and compare with a chart to assess engine condition. Apply an anti-seize compound on the threads of the new plug before screwing it in place then attach its coil. Repeat this for all other plugs.
