- Q: How do you remove and install the intake manifold on Honda Del Sol?A: Before attempting to pull the intake manifold, disconnect the cable from the negative terminal on the battery and have the activation code of the base of the radio in case the car stereo has an anti-theft feature. Disconnect the intake air ducts from the air cleaner assembly; drain the cooling system.
