Raise the vehicle, disconnect the electrical connector from the CKP sensor, and remove the sensor. Install a new O-ring. Start the engine and run it at 3000 rpm until the fan comes on. Drive and accelerate to 2500 rpm, then coast to 1000 rpm. Accelerate to 5000 rpm, then coast to 3000 rpm. Repeat this several times.
