Broken sun visor replacement

It was tricky to get the correct side and color, but this site went further to explain the subtle difference between. Be sure to double check the diagrams and get the correct side and color because they are not the same product numbers and they are not interchangeable with each other.

Shipping Costs

Received a reply to questioning the high shipping cost. HondaPartsNow is calculating the actual cost of shipping and going to issue a refund if I was over charged. Love this company!!!

Fast Shipping, No Extras!

Order was shipped quickly and arrived in a few days. Just be aware of exactly what you are buying and getting. For example, if you buy a car part, you will also need to buy the nuts, bolts, clips, etc. separately unless it specifically lists it together. The normal stuff that usually comes with from your local auto parts store will not automatically come as a package or kit.

Super easy to get the parts I needed

Had to replace a passenger mirror housing on a 2016 Civic. Many sites wanted to sell me the complete mirror assembly but I was able to identify and order just the parts I needed using all the tools on the HPN site. Quality was excellent and when finished, it looked brand new. Will definitely return to this site the next time our daughter messes up something on her car. And there WILL be a next time. lol

Cheaper than buying in Mexico

I tried this website, after finding out that the parts from the dealerships in Mexico were twice as expensive (or sometimes even 3 or 4 times more) than paying for the shipping and fees from this website. I just had a minor issue where I had to send an email to remind them about sending my order, and I asked a question about a part including a seal. They told me that it was not included, so I order it too, and surprise. It was included in the other part all along. Besides that, great option for us looking for parts in Mexico.
