  • Does HondaPartsNow.com accept phone, fax, live chat or email orders?

    Unfortunately, we do not. Due to our commitment to provide our customers with the highest level of security and protection, all orders must be placed online through the website only.
  • Why do you need my VIN?

    • The 17 digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is necessary in searching and identifying the correct parts or options for your vehicle and in some cases required by the manufacturer.
    • The easiest places to find your VIN are on the vehicle's title, registration, insurance forms, driver side of the dashboard near the front windshield and on the driver's side door jamb.
    • Your VIN tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. This all but guarantees absolute accuracy on your order.
    • To have the VIN filed with your order, please use the "Select Vehicle by VIN" feature located below the search bar on the homepage.

For over-sized or heavy parts, the shipping costs may be adjusted for additional charges. If that occurs, you will be notified through email by one of our representatives.
