Q: How do you remove and install the latch, lock cylinder, and outside handle on a door on Honda Ridgeline?
A: Remove the Door Trim Panel, water shield, and window. For the latch, remove the fastener, move the channel, remove the lock rod protector, detach the latch links, and disconnect the electrical connectors. Remove the mounting screws and latch. Reinstall by reversing the process. For the lock cylinder, remove the fastener, move the channel, remove the lock rod protector, and remove the lock cylinder retainer clip and screw. Reinstall by reversing the process. For the outside handle, remove the fastener, move the channel, remove the lock rod protector and lock cylinder. Disconnect the link rods, remove the fasteners, and detach the handle. Reinstall by reversing the process.
