Different switches are contained on the switch panel for drivers in Pilot and MDX models, including a switch that turns off Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), cruise control switch, interior lighting switch, and moonroof switch. In order to replace any one of these switches you will first need to take off the switch panel by either using trim panel removal tools or a screwdriver and carefully prying away at the switch trim panel. Then pull out the entire switch panel together with its electrical connectors from the individual switches. Take out the particular switch you want to replace. Installation is opposite of removal. The instrument trim panel for Ridgeline models stretches across like one whole unit covering instrument cluster, audio/navigation unit and heater/air conditioning control assembly. To replace cargo light/switch/rheostat/moon roof/VTM-4 LOCK system-remove instrument trim panel. At this point pull out instrument trim panel while disconnecting electric connectors of the switches before pushing it over so as to get rid of the specific wanted button from within it. Installation is opposite of removal in this case.
