How to remove and install a blower motor in the Honda Fit?

Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Remove the passenger's side under-dash panel. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor. Remove the blower motor mounting screws and remove the blower motor from the housing. Installation is the reverse of removal. Reconnect the battery.
