Honda Crosstour Ignition Coil

Honda Crosstour Ignition Coil is an important part of the automobile that has responsibilities for handling the ignition process of a car. Also, acting as high voltage transformer the ignition coil transforms the low voltage from the battery and produce a high voltage spark to ignite the air /fuel mixture in the engine cylinders. This operation ushers two rings of insulated copper wire, primary and secondary coils, arranged around a compact house made of iron. The primary circuit is the connection with the battery and the triggering device while the secondary circuit embraces the high tension lead and the spark plug wires. For spark plugs, there are the distributor ignition systems and coil-on-plug system in which Crosstour models have been favored over the years despite the kind of ignition system it has, means of applying voltage to spark plugs differ. The ignition coil is also a critical component of every car, and when it goes bad, the engine may start misfiring, exhibit poor performance, and affect the fuel economy of the car.
