Q: How do you remove the front and rear bumper covers on Honda Accord?
A: To go through the following procedure, the front bumper cover needs to be lifted off the car and thus the vehicle should be raised and supported on jackstands. Following it, unscrew or unbolt the adjacent lower edges of the bumper cover, and do the similar procedure with the retaining screw in the front wheel opening where the bumper cover is fixed to the fenderwell. Next, unscrew the fasteners that are holding the radiator cover then, take off the cover. Pop loose the bumper cover from the car and pull on it if the car has fog lamps, unscrew the connectors. For the rear bumper cover, remove the rear wheels and place the car on jack stands on the front part of the car. Remove the rear quarter panel moulding and unscrew the plastic clips and screws on the lower part of the bumper cover, besides the rear wheel wells. Pop open the trunk and unscrew the bolts and clips that are found along the upper line of the bumper cover, and then pull it up and backward out of the car. Restoration is merely the opposite of the extraction process, however, extreme care should be taken here.
