The hazard/tum signal flasher is a small square relay that may be found in the interior fuse block of the car beneath the left side of the instrumentation cluster. The mechanism of the flasher unit is when it is operating, there will always be a clicking sound heard. If turn signals on one side do not work and the flasher unit does not emit its usual clicking sound, a bad turn signal bulb may be the cause.
