First of all, the window regulator handle should be relocated and the tight clip that anchors it needs to be unscrewed-it is quite easy to do that with the hook made from the core of an old wire hanger. Secondly, the door handle trim plate can be unscrewed, in case if the seat belt lap guide exists it should also be deleted from the door panel. Remove the armrest pocket by unscrewing and gently pulling it out and detach the stereo speaker cover on the panel . Carefully pry the panel backward in a triangular motion while taking care not to tear the plastic holding clips that hold the panel; this may be done with a trim puller in order to avoid straining the panel inwards which may cause it to crack. As for models with electric window controls, first separate the connectors to the switch and then extract the panel. Last step is to fit the panel back to its right position whereby the retaining clips lock it in place then put back all componentry that was removed.
