Before removing the wiper motor at the front, it would be wise to take a piece of tape, and use it mark the position of the blades in order to align the blades in their rightful positions while restating the part. Remove the cable from the terminal that is negative on the battery. Remove the wiper arm pivot cap and nut: Pull back as indicated and turn counter clockwise to remove. Note the position that each wiper arm is in relation to its splined shaft before they are removed, remove the wiper arms from the drive studs and detach the washer hose. Lock the wiper arm and shake it about in order to remove the wiper blade from the stud as firmly as you can. The cowl cover should now be disconnected and also the electrical connector to the wiper motor should also be disconnected. Then to dismantle the vehicle, you have to unbolt the mounting fasteners and then pop out the wiper motor and drive assembly as a single assembly. Unbolt the windshield wiper linkage from the crank arm cautiously, but it is also pertinent to scratch a match mark on the crank arm and motor so that they can be realigned as they were. Loosen the crank arm nut and pull to release the crank from the shaft, to release the motor one has to undo the screws on the motor to detach it from the drive assembly. For installation simply reverse all the above removal steps. The rear wiper motor is a relatively easy one to do, to start off you would have to take off the wiper arm pivot cap and also the nut holding the wiper arm to the shaft.
