The rest of the cars contain a Supplementary Restraint System (SRS), which is commonly known as airbags. Do not perform any electric welding operations on vehicles equipped with safety cushions without first disconnecting all power supplies connected to such cushions' electrical connectors . Although instructions for removing/installing driver's side air bag module and clockspring are available; however removing passenger's side air bag or side-impact air bag is not recommended unless professionally instructed.
