Honda 18000-P8E-L00 Manifold Assembly, Front Exhuast

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. 2. Spray penetrating oil on the exhaust manifold fasteners and allow it to soak in. 3. Block the rear wheels to prevent the vehicle from rolling. 4. Set the parking brake and place the transaxle in Park. 5. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. 6. Remove the splash guard from below the engine compartment. 7. Disconnect the exhaust pipes from the manifolds. 8. Remove the bolts and the heat shields from each manifold. 9. Remove the self-locking nuts retaining the manifold to the cylinder head and remove the manifold. 10. Discard the self-locking nuts and obtain new ones for reassembly.
