    10004-RDA-305 cylinder head assembly is for 2006 Ridgeline with engine serial numbers up to 1031970 10004-RDJ-J01 cylinder head assembly is for 2006-2008 Ridgeline with engine serial number 1031971 and up. 12100-RDJ-305 is the BARE cylinder head without valve train that fits 2006-2008 Ridgeline.

    It is the same base engine in that 2006 ridgeline, however there are small variances. If the front cylinder head assembly is what they were looking for the part number would be, 10004-RDJ-J01.
